The offspring of one of my people's brother are visiting, two male larval people ages 7 and 5. They move a lot and they are noisier than I am used to around here, so I have been hiding in the walk-in closet and sleeping on the white bed.
More when it is quiet here again.
I know exactly what you mean. I have the same problem myself when little people are here in my house. But there is a positive side to having visitors. Sometimes a door or sliding screen is left open and you are able to slip past everyone, unseen. Wow, it is a whole different world outside. Try it when the opportunity presents itself. ReplyDeletethis happened TWICE during the visit - once because one of my people left the garage open (where my food is) when they were outside, and then once when the larval people left the front door open. Now I DART outside. I like to chase the black and white cat that taunts me. I ran hard and fast into the street after the other cat that hid under a car. Yep, now that I know how to do it, I will wait until that door opens again to race to freedom.

So, Santino is now (unfortunately) a major door-darter. He made it out of the door today. We're not happy about it!
